Finally a pillowcase made with West African Mudcloth on both sides of the pillow. I love to flip my pillows, so I figured you would too!
I sourced this Mudcloth textile from Mali, the workers are paid to make this beautiful art. Each panel is hand woven and then hand stitched together to make one complete textile. I feel so blessed to be able to share their work with you. I cut and sew the pillows here in Los Angeles, Ca. I use brass zippers to bring out the fabric and a double stitch when sewing the pillows to make sure they last for everyday use in your home! I hope I can bring you many different types of textiles from Africa so the hard working people there will continue to flourish and put food on their tables.
